~Clothing: ragged, tattered black clothes, seem to be about to fall apart, but never do.
~Other: somehow you can tell where he is looking, despite his eyes. this is a very disturbing feeling.

Personality: Caxer is dangerously insane. This may not be apparent when you first meet him, but it becomes obvious very quickly. He has a tendency to threaten people for no reason with horrible punishments, and delights in causing pain and suffering in others, especially the weak and defenseless. However, this does not mean he blindly kills everyone. He is very smart, and while he has no friends, he is less likely to attack his 'acquaintances', unless the person is of no use to him and he can get away with it.

History: Caxer was born when three lesser corrupt attacked each other and merged together on a battlefield where hundreds had recently died. He quickly made a name for himself among the level two's as a monster to be feared, as he was just as likely to rip out your throat with his bare hands or ignore you completely. His vicious and unpredictable nature captured the attention of the LoC commander, and while he is obviously not someone to take lightly, he was viewed as a valuable asset in certain situations.

RP Sample:

Caxer turned slowly, his static eyes piercing through his victim, a friendly smile on his face.
"What was that? Sorry, I didn't quite catch what you said..."

As the unfortunate person stammered a repeat, Caxer put his sword through their stomach, severing their spine.
As they gasped out a splatter of blood, Caxer casually twisted his wrist, sending agony through the person, lifting them slightly off the ground.

"Be glad I'm in a good mood... otherwise you would not have been so lucky."
With a rapid jerk, he brought the massive sword up and through, cleaving the person's heart, stopping before his blade would have instantly taken the person's life.
"I hope you have learned your lesson... I won't teach it twice."

Laughing insanely, Caxer shoved the unfortunate off his sword with his foot. The fading vision of the victim saw him lick the blood from his blade, stepping back as a swarm of lesser corrupt flooded the building.

"you know..." commented Caxer out loud, tilting his head in thought, "I could probably have taken offense at what he said... if I tried..."
Shrugging, he slapped the sword accross his back, the new blood joining the old as it soaked into his ragged clothes, dripping onto the floor...
